Getting started with your Title 24 Project

What you need to present to us:

Dimensioned Floor plans- with Windows and Door Sizes
Dimensioned Elevations- with Sectionals and Roof plan (include Roof pitch)
Existing House Plans with Garage and Proposed Addition Plans
Include Square Footages of Existing House (ea. Level if two Story) and Additions (ea. Level if two Story) and Garage
Window & Door schedule if have one
Identify if house is on a Slab or Raised Floor
House Orientation (north arrow) based on the front Door orientation
Heating and Cooling equipment Type-if new need Make and Model with spec Sheets or AHRI Certificate
Water Heater type and size
Owner’s name
Project address
Project designer-name, address, telephone, and email address
Billing information-name, address, telephone, and email address
Fill out the attached "Addition Question Form" for Additions, Alterations, and Fire Damaged Houses
